Teen Swings Hatchet, Threatens To Shoot Victims In Anne Arundel County: Police
A teen swung a hatchet and threatened to shoot victims in Arnold, police said. Officers arrested the accused 17-year-old boy from Pasadena.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A teenager recently swung a hatchet and threatened to shoot victims in Arnold, county police announced. Officers said they arrested the 17-year-old Pasadena boy.
Authorities did not release the name of the accused juvenile. This is standard protocol for most cases involving a minor.
Police said the encounter happened Sunday around 1 p.m. at a home in the 700 block of Long Meadow Way.

The victims told officers they were speaking with the suspect when he started swinging the hatchet at them and threatened to shoot them, a press release said.
Authorities said the suspect damaged the victim's vehicle with the hatchet before leaving. The Anne Arundel County Police Department found and charged the accused teenager.
