Arnold Man Charged With Drug Trafficking, Pound Of Marijuana Seized
An Arnold man faces drug trafficking charges after police reportedly found nearly $10K in cash and a pound of marijuana at his home.
ARNOLD, MD — An Arnold man faces drug-trafficking charges after Anne Arundel County Police reportedly found nearly $10,000 in cash and a pound of marijuana at his home. The search and arrest came after police received numerous complaints of drug activity occurring in recent months near 395 Kings College Drive in Arnold.
Detectives executed a search warrant on March 15 at 395 Kings College Drive in Arnold. Officers reportedly confiscated about one pound of marijuana, 6.8 grams of marijuana wax, digital scales, and $9,511 in cash at the house.
Brett Lawrence Cooper, 22, of the 300 block of Kings College Drive in Arnold, was arrested. He is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and possession of CDS paraphernalia, police say.
