Viewfinder: Pasadena Boasts Delightful Sights

Pasadena is home to many natural settings, including watery areas, trees, birds and vegetation.

For photographers and wildlife enthusiasts, subjects are not hard to find in this area not far from the bustle of Baltimore.

Water and marinas are common, and scattered throughout the area.

One of the first places to catch my eye was the Magothy United Methodist Church. I like its crisp white exterior. When coupled with a bright blue sky, it offers some nice images to capture.

Photographing Canada geese Tuesday afternoon in the community of Venice on the Bay was great fun. One of them allowed me to come near him or her for some close-up shots.

Any chance I get to photograph nature is appreciated. 

A few years ago, I discovered shooting photographs of nature could help with stress relief. It takes my mind off deadlines and work to be finished.

I may have been rejected by National Geographic, but that does not mean I will stop trying to capture images of creatures and nature no matter where I end up spending life.

I hope these photos will bring a few minutes of relaxation to someone.
