Weapons, Drug Charges Filed After Pasadena Traffic Stop
A Hanover man faces weapons and drug charges after his silver Jaguar was stopped for speeding, Anne Arundel County Police say.

PASADENA, MD — A Hanover man faces six weapons charges after police stopped his silver Jaguar for speeding early Friday, according to Anne Arundel County Police. During the traffic stop on Route 100 at Waterford Road shortly before 2 a.m., officers found Xanax pills and two guns inside the vehicle, authorities say.
Officers reportedly seized a loaded 9mm Glock 26 handgun and a loaded Mossberg 500 12-gauge shotgun from the sports car. Driver Andrew Robert Drocella, 21, of the 900 block of Hillcrest Road in Hanover, who was prohibited from possessing firearms because of a previous violation, was arrested for weapons and CDS possession charges.
