15-Year-Old Killed In Baltimore; Police Seek ID Of Man Running

As police investigate the death of a 15-year-old in east Baltimore, they have released a video in hopes the public can help provide info.

BALTIMORE, MD — Police released video in connection with the killing of a 15-year-old boy. Officials are asking or help identifying a person running in the video.

Jhosy Portillo, 15, was killed in the 3400 block of East Baltimore Street at 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 17, according to authorities.

Officials have not identified a suspect and ask anyone with information to call the Baltimore Police Department's homicide unit at 410-396-2100.

Portillo was the second 15-year-old killed in one week in Charm City.

Ja'Nyi Weeden, 15, was "in the presence of several people" when she was shot in the 3700 block of Gleston Drive in southwest Baltimore on Tuesday, Aug. 10, according to authorities.
