$15K Reward For Info In Shooting That Injured 2 Kids, 3 Adults
The ATF and Metro Crime Stoppers are offering a reward after five people — including kids ages 1 and 2 — were shot and injured in Baltimore.

BALTIMORE, MD – Federal investigators are offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever shot five people, including two young children, on Friday night. Police said all victims are expected to survive.
The quintuple shooting occurred in the southwestern part of the city near Carrollton Ridge.
Armed men got out of a silver Honda Accord and opened fire at the intersection of Ramsay and Monroe streets at 8:21 p.m. on Friday, May 3, according to investigators. The Accord is a model from the mid-2000s, officials said.

The shooting victims were taken to area hospitals, where police reported Saturday night that they were in stable condition.

"ATF stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Baltimore Police Department as we work to identify armed criminals preying on our communities," Special Agent in Charge Rob Cekadathe of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Baltimore Field Division said in a statement. "We will work tirelessly to investigate and incarcerate those persons responsible for these senseless shootings. ATF will not take the pressure off of armed criminals until Baltimore neighborhoods can be free of violence."

Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison thanked the ATF for its support. The ATF, which regulates firearms and is the lead federal law enforcement agency with jurisdiction in crimes involving firearms and violence, has partnered with Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland to offer $15,000 to anyone who provides tips leading to the arrest and ultimate conviction of the suspect(s). ATF is offering $11,000, and Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $4,000.
"The person or people responsible for this heinous crime must, and will, be brought to justice, and I am urging anyone with information about the case to contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP or the Baltimore Police Department's Citywide Shooting Unit at 410-396-2221," Harrison said.
"I am very grateful to the ATF and Metro Crime Stoppers for offering this significant reward and for their ongoing partnership with the Baltimore Police Department,” Harrison said.
