From Towson’s council chambers to Dulaney High’s watch party, officials and neighbors celebrated how his journey, rooted in Baltimore County schools and neighborhoods, is inspiring local students to dream bigger about science and space.    

4. Abigail Malischostak: Chizuk Amuno Finds Her Way Back to Baltimore's Jewish Community (jewishtimes.com) — A Baltimore-born Jewish community professional has returned home to help shape the city’s diverse Jewish life through the Macks Jewish Connection Network and Chizuk Amuno Congregation. Living in nearby suburbs, she’s focused on connecting residents with resources and inclusive programs that support many different ways of being Jewish in and around Baltimore.    

5. ‘I'm going to be living in your brain': The legacy of Miss Tony in Baltimore (baltimorebeat.com) — Baltimore’s club scene is remembering trailblazing artist Miss Tony, whose fearless presence in local nightclubs and on 92Q helped shape the city’s signature sound and visibility for Black LGBTQ+ performers.
