Baltimore Fourth Of July Fireworks: 2018 Guide
The Inner Harbor celebration will light up the waterfront around downtown Baltimore.

BALTIMORE, MD — Fourth of July celebrations are right around the corner. Here's what is coming up around Baltimore this year for Independence Day. The festivities will be held on Wednesday, July 4.
A spectacular fireworks show will be choreographed to patriotic and contemporary music at the Inner Harbor.
The U.S. Navy Band will perform at 7 p.m. at the amphitheater on Pratt at Light streets.

The fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. They can be seen from around downtown, from Fells Point to Federal Hill.
The Baltimore Ports America Chesapeake 4th of July Celebration runs from 7 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4.

For those who would like to see the fireworks from the water, there is a fireworks trip leaving from Middle Branch Park. There's also a cruise in the harbor.

While the weather will be steamy for parades, concerts and other July 4 fun, the Maryland weather forecast looks favorable for events to go off as planned. The National Weather Service says there is a 20 percent chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms after noon on Wednesday with a high near 92; it will feel like 100 degrees across much of the state. On Wednesday night the 20 percent chance of rain lingers, with isolated showers and storm before 3 a.m. and mostly cloudy skies.
