President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of the Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is showcasing its New Louisville & Baltimore L-THE MILE Logo poster for the 1st & 2nd Leg of the Triple Crown.
Yesterday was the 152nd Running of the Kentucky Derby, the 1st Leg of the Triple Crown. Golden Tempo won the 19 horse field race coming from behind to beat co-favorite Renegade at Churchill Downs. Golden Tempo was trained by Cherie DeVaux, the first female trainer to win The Derby.
Last-week on April 21st it was announced that Churchill Downs Inc. (CDI) made the acquisition to obtain the Intellectual Property (IP) for the rights to the Preakness Stakes and the Black Eyed Susan Stakes for 85 million dollars. The deal was a surprise to many, but a bold and incredible business move by Churchill Downs Inc.
The 151st Preakness Stakes will take place on May 16th. the 2nd Leg of the Triple Crown. This year's Preakness '26 will be held at Laurel Park due to the new construction at Pimlico Race Course.
Horse racing fans from all-around the country will be making visits to Louisville & Baltimore aka Charm City. The New Louisville & Baltimore L-THE MILE Logo is showcased with the word "visit", to promote visiting both cities during the Triple Crown Season. "With Churchill Downs Inc. now owning the trademark rights to The Preakness there will be a collaboration of branding/marketing of both races together" says Derrick E Vaughan of The "Charm'tastic Mile"
"This New promo-poster campaign will be one of the first efforts to connect both entities together to make a stronger brand for the 1st & 2nd legs", Vaughan continues.
The "Charm'tastic Mile" this past April 25th celebrated its 10th Anniversary (2016-26) of being introduced to Charm City. The "Charm'tastic Mile" is the only USPTO www.uspto.gov (R) registered trademark street in the State of Maryland.
