Charm City Circulator Murder: Police Release Suspect Video
Video shows the suspect accused of shooting someone on the Charm City Circulator bus this week on Broadway.

BALTIMORE, MD — After someone was fatally shot on the Charm City Circulator, the Baltimore Police Department has released surveillance footage showing the man suspected in the crime.
The shooting happened near Fells Point at approximately 2:50 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, police said.
A 26-year-old man was shot in the stomach on the bus as it was on Broadway near Gough Street, according to authorities. The victim was taken in critical condition to an area hospital, where officials said he later died.

After the shooting, the suspect reportedly ran toward the Perkins Homes, clad in black shoes with white soles as well as a black hoodie and black pants.
The Charm City Circulator is a free shuttle that has four routes in Baltimore. The shooting happened on the green route, which travels from City Hall to Fells Point to Johns Hopkins.

The Baltimore Department of Transportation issued the following statement Thursday in response to the deadly shooting: "DOT is saddened by the unfortunate incident that occurred yesterday on the Green Line Circulator bus. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family of this young man. It is our every intention to make sure every passenger is safe while traveling on our buses. We are truly saddened by this unfortunate incident."
