DBE/VSBE Opportunity - BWI Airport

MV Transportation, Inc. (MV) is proposing as a prime contractor in response to BWI Parking Shuttle Bus Service RFP. The proposal’s due date is 07/09/2026. We would appreciate letters of interest from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VSBE) firms who are currently certified, active and without restrictions with the Maryland State Department of Transportation or US Department of Veterans Affairs for the following services: Uniforms, Vehicle Cleaning, and Driver Staffing.
