Free Admission At National Aquarium On Friday Night
The aquarium in Baltimore is offering free admission as part of the city's "Free Fall" extravaganza.

BALTIMORE, MD — The National Aquarium will be free for those who do not mind standing in line Friday night. As part of "Free Fall Baltimore," a series of more than 300 free events during the autumn in the city, the aquarium is offering complimentary admission between 5 and 8 p.m. this Friday, Oct. 27.
The aquarium is not selling tickets in advance, nor will online tickets be offered; people must go to the ticket counter at 501 East Pratt Street in Baltimore to obtain free admission passes.
The aquarium will be open with full ticket prices in effect for regular business hours, which are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday; however, the Free Fall ticket counter will open at 5 p.m. Each person in line may claim up to 10 tickets for his/her party.

Normally, ticket prices are $39.95 for adults; $34.95 for seniors; $24.95 for children ages 3-11; and free for those younger than 2 years.
The event at the aquarium is one of hundreds of free happenings as part of Free Fall, compiled by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts.

During the "Free Fall" event on Friday night, aquarium officials anticipate "extremely high demand," and issued this statement: "Guests planning to take advantage of this special opportunity should be aware that, due to the anticipated popularity of this event, crowds will be heavier than usual and the Aquarium is expected to sell out. Please plan your day accordingly."
The National Aquarium in Baltimore's Free Fall event will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27, at 501 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.
