Orioles Opening Day 2017: Tickets, Transportation, Weather
The O's have announced Opening Day festivities to kick off the season at Camden Yards. Find out how to get there and what to expect.

BALTIMORE, MD — The Orioles will return to Oriole Park at Camden Yards Monday for Opening Day, and it marks a special milestone. In 2017, Camden Yards is celebrating its 25th year as the home of the Orioles.
For Opening Day, the ballpark will open to the public at noon on Monday, April 3.
The O's take on the Toronto Blue Jays at 3:05 p.m.

For those who can't make it to the game, it will be broadcast on WJZ, MASN, 105.7 FM and the 40-station Orioles Radio Network.

Here's the timeline of events for the opener:
10 a.m.: Orioles parking lots open to fans
11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.: Orioles batting practice
Noon: Gates open
12:45 - 1:35 p.m.: Blue Jays batting practice
1:35 - 2:30 p.m.: Field preparation
2:30 p.m. Opening ceremonies begin.
- Introduction of players and coaches.
- Lining the orange carpet will be 100 youth from the Baltimore City Recreation and Parks "Play Baseball" Program; each will have received a free ticket, concessions and transportation to the game.
- One fan will be chosen to represent all Orioles fans as the team's "10th man."
- Richard Troxell of Thurmont, Maryland, will sing the national anthem, his 11th time doing so at Oriole Park.
- The American flag will be unfurled, and the color guard will be provided by the United States Joint Armed Forces Color Guard and the Flag Party of the Canadian Armed Forces.
- Orioles Radio Network broadcaster Fred Manfra, Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh and Maryland Senator Bobby Zirkin will throw simultaneous ceremonial first pitches.
- Mark Trumbo will receive his 2016 Silver Slugger Award from a Louisville Slugger representative during a special pregame ceremony. He was one of three American League outfielders to receive the award.
3:05 p.m. Baltimore Orioles vs. Toronto Blue Jays.
Getting to Camden Yards
Address: Oriole Park at Camden Yards, 333 West Camden Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
Bike: There is bicycle parking outside gate C.

Light rail – O’s fans can take light rail from 32 different stations to the Camden Yards stop next to Oriole Park. See the schedule.
Local bus – Fans can ride any of the following 20 bus lines, which stop near Oriole Park at Camden Yards: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 19, 20, 23, 27, 31, 35, 36, 61, 64, 91 and QuickBus 40, 46 and 48.
Metro subway – The metro subway to Lexington Market or Charles Center Station-West are within walking distance to Oriole Park. Here's the metro subway schedule.
The fare for all local MTA services is $1.70 one-way, $3.40 round trip, and $4 for a day pass, which includes unlimited travel on MTA local buses, light rail and metro subway for that day. Return service on light rail and metro subway for games ending after the last scheduled departure will be extended for one hour past the regularly scheduled final train.
Opening Day Weather
