Baltimore Officer Accused of Raping Woman Faces Multiple Charges (nbcpalmsprings.com) — A Baltimore City police officer has been arrested and suspended without pay after Harford County investigators used DNA evidence to charge him with multiple counts of rape and misconduct tied to transporting a woman from Baltimore.
