Funeral For Detective Sean Suiter Planned In Baltimore
The Baltimore Police detective who was killed in the line of duty will be memorialized with a funeral service.

BALTIMORE, MD — Funeral arrangements have been set for Detective Sean Suiter, the Baltimore police officer who died in the line of duty. Suiter was shot on Nov. 15 and was pronounced deceased on Nov. 16. He was 43 years old and leaves behind a wife and five children. He had been with the Baltimore Police Department for 18 years.
There will be a visitation from 3 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 27, and Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Home, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown.
Liberty Road traffic will be reduced to a single lane, according to Baltimore County police. The traffic modification will be in effect from Brenbrook Drive west to McDonogh Road. There will also be a lane reduction on the north side of Brenbrook Drive.

Police recommended the following as alternate routes: Windsor Mill Road to Old Court Road to Greens Lane, Church Lane and Winands Road.
The funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at Mount Pleasant Church, 6000 Radecke Avenue, Baltimore.

Police anticipate heavy traffic in the area and said that road closures were possible.
After the funeral ends, a procession will travel to Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens via I-95 north to I-695 west to I-83 north to Padonia Road. The procession is expected to take place around 1 p.m.
Radecke Avenue, Chesaco Avenue, Horst Road, I-95, I-695, I-83 and Padonia Road will be impacted.
