$10K Reward Offered In Death Of Joppa Man

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — There is a $10,000 reward for information in the death of Timothy Wayne Youngquist. The Joppa man was killed while working as a food delivery driver in Edgewood on Sunday, Feb. 10, officials said.

Authorities said that Youngquist was shot in what appeared to be a robbery attempt. Three men were seen running from the area where he was found in the 700 block of Monticello Court in Edgewood.

Now the Harford County Narcotics Task Force is offering an $8,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in Youngquist's murder. The Harford County Sheriff's Office announced the reward on Monday, a little more than two weeks after his death.

Youngquist was shot at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10, officials said.

When officers arrived, they said they found him on the ground outside residences.

Law enforcement rendered first aid, and officials said the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company took Youngquist to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.

He is survived by his fiancee and 5-year-old son.
