Sybil Shipley Named Settlement Officer for TitlePoint Real Estate Settlement Services

TitlePoint Corporation, which offers real estate settlement services for homebuyers in the Harford County and Baltimore Metropolitan Area communities, has named Sybil Shipley as Settlement Officer/Marketing Representative for TitlePoint Real Estate Settlement Services.  The announcement was made by Leslie P. Alspaugh, CPA, founder and president, TitlePoint Corporation.

Shipley has been a REALTOR for over eight years.  She is a member of the Harford County Association of REALTORS and achieved the status of Million Dollar REALTOR.  She served for three years on the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams American Premier Realty in Bel Air.  Shipley also has experience in real estate investment, property management, and property renovation.  Previously, she was owner of a trucking company specializing in providing supplies to builders, and served as a bank credit investigator for corporate clients.  Shipley is a spokesperson for and supporter of the MS Society and is active in fund raising for KW Cares, the nonprofit arm of Keller Williams.  She enjoys sailing and is a Fleet Captain for the North Hunter Sailing Association.  Shipley is married and lives with her family in Harford County.
