Bel Air Man Among 4 Indicted for Heroin Distribution: Sheriff
Warrant unit still searching for one of the four men, Harford County Sheriff's Office reports.
Three Harford County men, including one from Bel Air, were recently indicted by a grand jury for heroin distribution, officials said Thursday.
Spencer Tyler Panuska, 21, of the 3000 block of Goat Hill Road in Bel Air, was indicted for conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession of heroin.
Panuska is being held on $50,000 bond, according to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.

Also indicted on charges of intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute and possession of heroin were Richard O’Neal Lindsey, 30, of Aberdeen; Phillip Anthony Mack, 29, of Edgewood; and Abbe Ismail Aina, 22, of Aberdeen, the sheriff’s office reports.

Lindsey and Mack were released after posting a $50,000 bail, according to the report.

Authorities say they are still working to serve a warrant to Aina, whose last known address was in the unit block of Roosevelt Avenue in Aberdeen.

Charges against Panuska, Lindsey, Mack and Aina were the result of investigations by the Harford County Narcotics Task Force.
