Bel Air Man Has Outburst in Court for White House Incident

Dominic Adesanya was reportedly carried out of hearing screaming in Washington, DC.

The Bel Air man accused of jumping the White House fence last week made a court appearance Monday where a judge ruled he was incompetent to stand trial, according to reports.

Dominic Adesanya, 23, of the 800 block of West Farrow Court in Bel Air, reportedly had to be carried from the courtroom in Washington, DC, where he was supposed to have a hearing about his detention.

Adesanya has been detained since the Oct. 22 fence jumping incident and was ordered to receive a mental health evaluation.

After a judge said that Adesanya was not competent to stand trial, the Brentwood Park man started yelling, according to CBS.

Adesanya said that he was targeted and shouted: “This is a scheme! This is a trap!” before he was carried from the courtroom, WUSA9 reported.

The man’s father told news stations that Adesanya has schizophrenia and paranoia and has not been receptive to accepting mental health treatment.

In court Monday, a U.S. marshal picked up a thrashing Adesanya, who screamed, “Help me!” before he was taken out of the courtroom, CBS said.

The judge ruled that the Bureau of Prisons will oversee the psychiatric treatment of Adesanya until a Dec. 22 court date, according to the Associated Press.
