Monday's Snow Closings in Harford County
Harford County government, schools are closed on Monday, Jan. 25.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD – Due to the blizzard that left more than 2 feet of snow in Harford County, many organizations have announced closings:
Harford County government will be closed on Monday, Jan. 25.
Harford County Public Schools will be closed on Monday, Jan. 25, and Tuesday, Jan. 26.

Aberdeen Proving Ground will be closed on Monday, Jan. 25. Call 410-278-SNOW (7669) or visit APG on Facebook, Twitter or the APG website before traveling to the installation.
Harford County Public Library branches will be closed on Monday, Jan. 25.

Harford Community College and Towson University in Northeastern Maryland will be closed on Monday, Jan. 25, due to snow. All classes, programs, and events are canceled. Visit www.harford.edu or call 443-412-2322 for updates.
Bel Air town government offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 25. Curbside collections are on modified schedule.
Havre de Grace city government will be closed on Monday, Jan. 25.
The Hutchins Park Skating Rink in Havre de Grace is closed for the winter weather and will reopen at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 28.

Previous Closings
APG closed by 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, and was closed on Saturday, Jan. 23; and Sunday, Jan. 24. All APG AAFES locations are out of gas, with refueling not expected before Monday, Jan. 25.
Harford County Public Schools will close two hours early on Friday, Jan. 22. Afternoon prekindergarten and alternative education are canceled. All weekend activities are canceled.
Harford County Public Library branches were closed on Saturday, Jan. 23, and Sunday, Jan. 24.
HCC and TU-NE closed at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, and remained closed through Sunday, Jan. 24.
The John Carroll School dismissed at 12:50 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, with the bus leaving at 1:15 p.m.

Harford County Parks & Recreation facilities are closed as of 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, and will remain closed all day Saturday, Jan. 23, and Sunday, Jan. 24.
The Harford Waste Disposal Center and Tollgate Road Yard Trim Drop-Off will be closed on Saturday, Jan. 23.
The Humane Society of Harford County is open Friday but may close early, and the shelter will be closed Saturday, Jan. 23. “But rest assured, we have staff who will be staying over to take care of the furbabies!” the humane society reported. “However, they’d much rather be in their new forever home for the storm! Stop by today and take home your own little furball before the snowballs start!”
