Detour in Effect Near Rocks State Park
Roadwork necessitates a complete closure temporarily.
Part of a road in Rocks State Park will be closed completely for the next two weeks, Harford County government announced Monday.
Knopp Road will be shut down between Rush and Rocks Chrome Hill roads, according to the announcement. Detour and warning signs are posted to alert motorists.
Crews will be working to repair the road, and the work site is 300 yards east of Rocks Chrome Hill Road, Harford County reported.
If drivers travel on this road, they should make other arrangements for the next two weeks, officials said.
