Classes
Mommy & Me: The Mommy & Me class is a ballet-based dance class in which your little dancer will learn the basics of dance with you right by their side. This class is a great way to introduce your child to a classroom structure by encouraging discipline and essential listening skills.
Creative Movement: This class introduces a structured environment while allowing children to recognize their own individuality and body mobility. Children will explore movement through music, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity. Keeping students entertained while learning beginning dance skills will help them to acquire a lifelong love for dance.
Ballet: This class will focus on the basic positions and movements of ballet. Your dancer will also be introduced to a great deal of movement vocabulary while learning correct posture and ballet technique. This class is strongly recommended for all dancers.
Lyrical: This class uses all skills learned in a ballet technique class and will challenge the student to use a wider range of dynamics and emotion in their movement.
Jazz: This class will teach your dancer the basics of jazz dance while learning to move their bodies to the beat of the music. It will involve coordination of the head, arms and legs while executing many different turns, jumps and leaps!
Tap: This class will teach your dancer the basics of rhythm, tempo and timing through basic exercises and floor progressions and then advancing to combinations and full-length routines.
Hip Hop: This class will expose the dancer to the popular dance style of hip hop where they will learn choreography, and even create their own dances to the latest music. Each level will progress with this theory.

Please know that we strive to keep our prices for dance education as reasonable as possible. We provide a staff of experienced, certified and degreed instructors that have outstanding credentials and provide the most caring and positive dance experience possible for your child. In an effort to provide more for your dance dollars, we have extended our schedule providing more classes for the enrollment fees charged. Our fee structure continues to be less expensive than other comparable studios in this area.
Tuition Includes:

1 Hour of instruction each week from September through June (that is less than $10 a week!)

Dancers will work with experienced, certified and degreed instructors

Preparation for an end-of-year Recital

Recitals are a wonderful benefit to your children. They provide dancers a goal and achievement, learning to work as a team, builds confidence to perform in front of an audience, and provides wonderful memories!
