Edgewood Shooting Suspect Indicted In Delaware
The man accused of killing three people and injuring two in Maryland was indicted in another shooting in Delaware Monday.

DOVER, DELAWARE — The man connected to a mass shooting in Edgewood, Maryland, was indicted by a grand jury in Delaware on Monday.
Radee Labeeb Prince, 37, was indicted on eight counts, according to The News Journal: attempted first-degree murder, two counts of possessing a firearm in a felony crime, reckless endangerment, carrying a concealed weapon, resisting arrest, illegal possession of ammunition and illegal possession of a firearm.
Prince is accused of shooting five people in Maryland, then driving to Delaware, where he reportedly shot a sixth person.

The indictment was connected to the sixth shooting, which happened at a car dealership in Delaware. Prince is accused of opening fire on someone he knew at 10:46 a.m. on Oct. 18 in the 2800 block of Northeast Boulevard in Wilmington, Delaware.
Despite being shot in the head, the victim was "conscious and alert," Wilmington Police Chief Robert Tracy said at a press conference that afternoon.

"These were targeted shootings," Tracy said. "He drove straight from Maryland to that individual."
The victim in Wilmington identified the suspect as Prince by name when police arrived at the scene.
"They have a past history," Tracy said without elaboration. The chief said that he had an idea of the motive in Delaware but did not specify.
Prince's preliminary hearing scheduled for Tuesday has been canceled given the indictment, according to The News Journal.
Harford County State's Attorney Joseph Cassilly said that Prince would be tried in Delaware before his case is heard in Maryland, in part because he would be sentenced to life without parole in convicted on the attempted murder charge.
In Maryland, if someone is convicted of murder, there is a possibility that the offender will be released.
