The Baltimore City police officers, including a Bel Air man, were indicted on charges ranging from second-degree depraved heart murder to misconduct in office, according to Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, who said the indictments were handed down Thursday.
The officers will be arraigned July 2, Mosby said during a Thursday press conference.
