The Nissan Altima should have front-end damage from the incident, which occurred after 2 p.m. on Thursday.
The driver was described as a black man about 200 pounds and approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall.
Police said that the victim had been driving from I-695 onto I-95 north when he and the suspect allegedly got into a nonverbal altercation and were driving aggressively.
