Jury Delivers Verdict in Bel Air Rape Trial

Trial ends for one of two brothers in alleged rape case in parking garage.

One of two brothers charged with raping a woman in Bel Air’s Hickory Avenue parking garage has been found not guilty, The Aegis reported.

Ryan Corn, 22, had been indicted on charges of first and second-degree rape and first and second-degree sex offenses in connection with an encounter on Oct. 11, 2014.

A 29-year-old woman said that two men she didn’t know forcibly raped her, according to police. Corn and his older brother were charged.

Two brothers and the woman had been drinking alcohol at the Main Street Tower before their encounter in the garage, according to The Aegis, which reported Corn’s lawyer accused the woman of saying she was raped due to regret after having sex with the brothers.

David Eric Corn, 26, is scheduled to go to trial on Oct. 15, according to court records. He has been incarcerated since the charges were brought against him last October.
