Pro Lacrosse Players Launch Ball Over Inner Harbor: VIDEO

Bel Air's very own Drew Westervelt costarred in video that went viral.

With the professional lacrosse season around the corner, two athletes challenged themselves to an unusual exercise at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

Paul Rabil of the New York Lizards launched a lacrosse ball over the Inner Harbor to his pal Drew Westervelt, an attacker for the Colorado Mammoth.

Both Rabil and Westervelt began their lacrosse careers on the outskirts of Baltimore.

Rabil, a Johns Hopkins grad, grew up in Gaithersburg and played for DaMatha Catholic High School. Westervelt is a UMBC alum and Bel Air native whose high school team was John Carroll, where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame.
