BEL AIR, MD — The reward for information that leads to finding Rachel Morin's killer has increased to $20,000.

The law firm, Rice, Murtha, Psoras on Tuesday announced the increase in the reward, which is double what was originally offered by the Harford County Sheriff's Office and Metro Crime Stoppers. Anyone who wants to contribute to the reward can do so here.

“The loss of Rachel Morin has left a profound void in the lives of her family and friends. We believe that someone out there holds the key to solving this case. We are doubling the reward to $20,000 in the hope that it will encourage anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to come forward and help us bring closure to this heart-wrenching tragedy. We also encourage other businesses and individuals who share our commitment to justice to contribute to the reward fund. Rachel Morin’s family deserves answers, and together, we can make a difference," the law firm disclosed in a statement.

"If you have any type of inkling of who this might be, please call or send an email to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. I don't care if they send me a message on Facebook, if they don't want to deal with police. Any tip I will forward it myself if I have to. The main thing is finding this guy and getting him off the street before somebody else's family is destroyed," Rebekah Morin said.

"My concern is that this killer is escalating. My investigators and I both firmly believe that if we do not apprehend this individual, he will again, if he has not done so already. And, if given the chance, he certainly could become a serial killer," Gahler said. "Until he is in custody, this suspect poses a threat to every community in our country and maybe outside," he said.

Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler has publicly stated that he believes the suspect could be a serial killer.
