• Bottles Thrown From Arlington Balcony Shatter Occupied Vehicle's Windshield (patch.com) — A 24-year-old Bethesda man is facing multiple felony charges after Arlington police say he threw glass bottles from a balcony, shattering the rear windshield of an occupied parked vehicle. No one was hurt, but court records show he's charged with several felonies and a misdemeanor, released on recognizance, and due back in Arlington General District Court on Nov. 12.
