This Bank Just Opened A New Branch

BETHESDA-CHEVY CHASE, MD — A new Citibank branch has officially joined the lineup of businesses on Bethesda Row.

The grand opening for the branch was held Tuesday.

Customers can visit the location at 4760 Bethesda Avenue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. On Monday and Sunday, visitors can stop by between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The branch features a 2,000-square-foot open-floor plan where customers can conduct a variety of business.

The opening comes shortly after the bank previously relocated a second Bethesda branch to a new facility at 8101 Wisconsin Avenue.

"We are thrilled to be deepening our commitment to the Bethesda community," reads a statement from Ed Patterson, the head of branch network for the Central Southeast region.

"This new branch, along with the recent relocation and upgrade of our original Bethesda branch, highlights our strong dedication to this area.”

The grand opening included the participation of the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce, which presented Citibank with a certificate of recognition.
