Bethesda House Fire Causes $250K in Damage
The house was being renovated when it caught fire Sunday, authorities say.

Montgomery County firefighters are investigating what caused a Sunday morning fire at a home under renovation in Bethesda and caused $250,000 damage.
According to Fire and Rescue Spokesman Pete Piringer, the house fire was reported around 6:45 a.m. at 9519 Singleton Drive. The two-story, single family house was unoccupied and under renovation when the fire began.

He described damage as moderate on Twitter and said there were no injuries.
According to Piringer, more than 50 firefighters responded to the fire.
