A Bethesda man who police say stole erectile dysfunction and insomnia drugs from a store awaits trial in district court, the report says.
BETHESDA, MD — A Bethesda man who Montgomery County police say stole prescribed medicine from a grocery store awaits trial in district court, a report says.
Marc Shutta, 36, is accused of walking out of a Giant grocery store with erectile dysfunction and insomnia medication after refusing to pay the $369 charge at the pharmacy, WJLA reported.
Officers tried to arrange for Shutta to return the medication, but he did not comply, the report said.
