Kids can put on their Halloween Costumes early in Bethesda.
Over 40 restaurants and stores in Bethesda Row will join together on Thursday, Oct. 30 for the Bethesda Row Halloween Festival where kids can go trick-or-treating one day early.
The event runs from 5 to 7 p.m.
