Bethesda Urban Partnership Installs New Info Kiosks
The "Ask Me" team will continue to help visitors using the more durable and recognizable booths.

The Bethesda Urban Partnership placed new information kiosks, managed and staffed by BUP’s “Ask Me” Team, around Downtown Bethesda on April 1. The new kiosks are more durable and easily recognizable than the previous kiosks and reflect downtown Bethesda’s branding.
According to a press release, the kiosks will be placed at Veterans Park, located at the corner of Norfolk and Woodmont Avenues; Bethesda Metro, Plaza Level located at the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Wisconsin Avenue; and at the corner Woodmont and Bethesda Avenue in front of Barnes & Noble. Each one will provide information about downtown Bethesda’s retailers, restaurants, arts and entertainment venues and upcoming events.
The “Ask Me” team will work evenings and weekends in downtown Bethesda to assist visitors and residents with navigation. They will answer questions about the community, provide information on parking, Metro and the Circulator, give directions to Bethesda destinations and more.
