The new location at Lot 31 will be an urbanized version of the diner, according to the Washington Business Journal. It will depart from the known style of Silver Diner. All the other locations feature a restaurant in the suburbs with surface parking lots and about 6,000 square feet of space.

“We want to be in lifestyle centers, and all the new centers are being built vertically,” restaurant founder and owner Bob Giaimo told the news outlet.

PassionFish will be located on the ground floor of The Darcy, a luxury condominium project. The space will also have a banquet hall.

The new restaurants and stores are expected to open next year, according to the Capital Gazette.
