
Drowned Cities Author Paolo Bacigalupi for teens on Thursday, May 10, at 5:00 p.m. at Bethesda Library.
Bacigalupi writes science fiction and fantasy for teens and adults. Ship Breaker won the Printz Award for best young adult novel in 2010. Fans will enjoy the sequel, Drowned Cities with the further adventures of main character Nailer and Nita. Paolo Bacigalupi's writing has appeared in High Country News,The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction,Salon.com, and Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine. He is a Hugo and Nebula Award winner, and a National Book Award finalist.
