Joe & The Juice Opens At Bethesda's Wildwood Shopping Center

BETHESDA, MD — Copenhagen cafe Joe & The Juice opened in Bethesda's Wildwood Shopping Center on Wednesday, making it the second location in Montgomery County.

The juice bar and coffee shop first opened at Bethesda Row two years ago. The company's newest outpost on Old Georgetown Road is located between Sanctuary Interior Design and Irresistibles.

"Since we opened our first store in Bethesda two years ago, our regular customers have asked us to come to Wildwood Shopping Center — and now we finally heard their call," said Valdemar Halbye, head of U.S. retail for the company.

The 1,900-square-foot store serves coffee, healthy juices, shakes, sandwiches, and breakfast items, including its signature vegan Joegurt.

Joe & The Juice joins other retailers at Wildwood Shopping Center, including Balducci's, South Moon Under, Le Pain Quotidien, and Bluemercury.
