Man Found Dead Near Bus Stop Killed After Domestic Dispute: Cops

BETHESDA, MD — Three people — including a mother and son — have been charged with murdering a man who was found dead behind a Bethesda bus stop in February, police said. Only one suspect, however, is in custody.

The body of 25-year-old Francisco De La O De La Cruz, of College Park, was discovered by a passerby in the 10000 block of Old Georgetown Rd. on Feb. 25. According to Montgomery County Police, the individual called 911 around 5:30 p.m. and described the body being under a tarp or trash bag.

Police later learned that the victim's body was dumped behind the Bethesda bus stop after being murdered inside a home on Rhode Island Avenue in College Park. The Prince George's County Police Department is now taking over the investigation, according to officials.

Prince George's County Police have charged three suspects with first-degree murder: Juan Rivera-Ingles, 18, of Hyattsville; Jenny Jaimes, 37, of College Park; and Jose Perdomo-Jaimes, 17, of College Park.

Only one suspect has been arrested. Rivera-Ingles, is currently in custody in Montgomery County County, police said.

The other two suspects, Jenny and Jose, are mother and son. Authorities say they fled the area and are working to locate them.

According to authorities, the victim was in a romantic relationship with Jenny and was living in the home where he was murdered. Police say Jenny and the victim got into a dispute prior to the murder.
