#MoCo Online: Remembering Sgt. Hector Ayala

Three years ago Thursday, Sgt. Hector I. Ayala of the Montgomery County Police Department died when responding to a call to help a fellow officer.

A Montgomery County Police Department Facebook post Thursday remembered Sgt. Ayala and his sacrifice.

Ayala's wife was pregnant with triplets at the time of his death. Two months later, she gave birth to three girls.
