Series Of Burglaries Investigated By MoCo Police
Police in Montgomery County are investigating a series of burglaries that took place over two days in Bethesda and Wheaton.
BETHESDA, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is investigating a series of commercial burglaries that took place last week over a period of two days across Bethesda and Wheaton.
The robberies were reported at eight different businesses that ranged from a beauty studio to a nail salon and a variety of eateries.
A release issued by police on Tuesday identified the targeted businesses as:

- T-Mobile: 15428 New Hampshire Ave.
- Selam Beauty Studio: 15422 New Hampshire Ave.
- Grace Nails: 15418 New Hampshire Ave.
- Shibuya Eatery: 4461 Willard Ave.
- Meiwah Restaurant: 4457 Willard Ave.
- Craft Beer & Wine: 4459 Willard Ave.
- Bethesda Crab House: 4958 Bethesda Ave.
- Bethesda Market: 4611 Sangamore Road
An attempt to burglarize the Planta restaurant located in the Bethesda Row shopping area was also made, police said.

Surveillance footage reviewed by police showed four suspects in dark clothing and carrying a hammer and a large black axe, both of which were used to break into the businesses.

A vehicle identified as a silver Acura TLX with tags from Washington, D.C., was linked to the wanted individuals.
A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered to eligible tips leading to an arrest.
