Speicher Group Moves From Long & Foster To The Real Brokerage

BETHESDA, MD — Peggy Lyn and Chris Speicher of the Speicher Group, which has officers in Montgomery and Howard counties in Maryland, have joined The Real Brokerage Inc., a publicly traded real estate brokerage, according to a release.

Speicher Group's 20-person team, which includes 15 agents, has been recognized as among the top-producing Long& Foster teams. They bring more than 100 years of combined real estate team, with $1 billion in sales, to The Real Brokerage. In 2022, the team closed over 200 real estate transactions valued at more than $100 million.
