Weather Alert from Montgomery County Public Schools

Students and staff in Montgomery County Public Schools have a snow day on Thursday, March 5.

The school system issued the following announcement Thursday morning:

Montgomery County Public Schools and all administrative offices are closed today (3/5/15) due to emergency weather conditions. All school and community activities in school buildings are canceled.

All meetings related to the superintendent search scheduled for March 5, 2015 have been canceled, including the public forums at Gaithersburg and Paint Branch high schools. An additional public forum will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at Gaithersburg High School, starting at 7 p.m. For more information, visit the Board of Education’s superintendent search website: http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/boe/superintendent-search/
