14-Year-Old Charged as Adult in Fatal Stabbing
Prince George's County Police say a dispute between two teenagers left one dead of a stab wound.

A 14-year-old boy is being charged as an adult with murder in the stabbing death of an Oxon Hill teenager.
The Prince George’s County Police Department says Jerome Michael Toy, 18, of Livingston Road in Oxon Hill was killed early Thursday. Patrol officers found Toy lying in the road in the 6400 block of Livingston Road about 12:45 a.m.
He was suffering from a stab wound in the upper body. The officers grabbed a trauma kit and began to administer first aid. Toy was rushed to a hospital where he died of his injuries, police said.

The suspect arrested in the death is Ludwin Lemus-Torres, 14. Police say he will be charged as an adult with first-degree murder and related charges.
Authorities say a dispute between Lemus-Torres and Toy escalated to the stabbing.

Investigators believe Toy was stabbed inside an apartment building on Livingston Road, then ran from the building and collapsed in the roadway.
