18-Year-Old Stabbed to Death; $25K Reward Offered
Prince George's County Police say the attack on the Oxon Hill man was not random.

A $25,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest in the stabbing death of an Oxon Hill teenager.
The Prince George’s County Police Department says Jerome Michael Toy, 18, of Livingston Road in Oxon Hill was killed early Thursday. Patrol officers found Toy lying in the road in the 6400 block of Livingston Road about 12:45 a.m.
He was suffering from a stab wound in the upper body. The officers grabbed a trauma kit and began to administer first aid. Toy was rushed to a hospital where he died of his injuries, police said.

Investigators believe Toy was stabbed inside an apartment building on Livingston Road, then ran from the building and collapsed in the roadway.
Police are working to identify a motive and a suspect(s) in this fatal stabbing. Detectives do not believe this was a random act.
