$25K Reward Offered In Fatal Shooting In Chillum: Prince George's Police
A $25K reward has been offered for information in a fatal shooting that happened in Chillum, according to Prince George's Police.
CHILLUM, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Wednesday afternoon in the Chillum area. A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the case.
On April 10 at approximately 12:05 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 500 block of Chillum Road for the report of a shooting. Officers located 19-year-old Carlos Hernandez-Ortiz of Chillum outside with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
