The National Weather Service says the Baltimore/Washington, D.C., areas can expect rain and maybe even thunderstorms on Wednesday, with nearly an inch of rain possible.
“Normally, this amount of rain combined with the remaining snowmelt would not be enough to cause flooding, however, with streams already elevated from the snowmelt of the previous days, the flood threat becomes more pronounced,” forecasters said Monday.
Snowfall in Prince George’s County ranged from 25 inches in Hyattsville to 15 inches near Burtonsville.
Here are snow totals reported statewide for the entire storm, according to the National Weather Service.
