Bowie Man Wins Big Lottery Jackpot
The 58-year-old winner didn't realize his luck until days after the drawing.

BOWIE, MD — A Bowie man just got a nice payday after following the same routine of stopping by a local 7-Eleven and picking up a snack and some lottery tickets.
The 58-year-old scored a $50,000 jackpot, one of two given out nationwide after the June 10 Powerball drawing.
He didn't know he was a winner until days after the drawing when he happened to check the tickets on his phone using the Lottery app while waiting for his wife.
