
Three Bowie players each knocked in two runs to help the Baysox cruise to an 8-2 victory over New Hampshire on Tuesday night.
Steven Lerud, Caleb Joseph and Pedro Florimon each had two RBIs at Bowie (29-30) jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the third inning and never looked back. Starter Steve Johnson struck out five in 2 1/3 innings but left after being hit by a line drive.
Cole McCurry (4-0) got the win with 2 2/3 innings of relief as four Bowie relief pitchers combined to finish the final 6 1/3 innings.

The Baysox got some of the clutch hitting they haven't found so far this season, going 4-for-8 with runners in scoring position. A two-run fielding error helped Bowie score four in the third for the 5-0 lead.
Lerud got a solo homer, and both Florimon and Joseph banged out run-scoring doubles.
