Baysox score season-high 12 runs, tie season best with 14 hits in win over Flying Squirrels

The Baysox turned in one of their best offensive performances of the season in Sunday's 12-4 rout of Richmond.
Bowie scored a season-best 12 runs and tied a season high with 14 hits. The victory improved to Baysox record to 36-33 as the team sits in second place in the Western Division.
The Baysox took an early 7-0 lead and never looked back. Xavier Avery led the way with a 4-for-6, two-RBI effort. Greg Miclat (3-for-6), L.J Hoes , Robbie Widlansky and Pedro Florimon all got two hits and two RBI.

Tim Bascom (3-2) didn't give up a hit until the fifth inning and allowed three runs on two hits in 5 1/3 innings.
