The second game belonged to pitcher Steve Johnson, who gave up just one hit in six innings, but it was a home run and the game was tied at one until Carlos Rojas got an RBI single in the fifth. Caleb Joseph's two-run triple in the sixth broke it open.

Bowie comes back home on Friday with a 10-10 record, hoping for some better weather for its series with Richmond. The Baysox are one-half game out of first place, behind Harrisburg (10-9), the only team in the division with a winning record.
